The Aruba Ports Authority is committed to an energetic and diverse waterfront. Aruba Stevedoring Company N.V. (ASTEC) is eager to assist you with the following business and service’s needs:
- Planning of all cargo operations
- Discharging and loading of container vessel (LOLO and RORO)
- Discharging and loading of General Cargo Vessels (Cement / Lumber, etc.)
- Handling of Car Carriers (discharge of vehicles)
- Stuffing and Stripping of containers
- Container and Break Bulk Cargo delivery
- Handling of Refrigerated Containers (connect to electrical outlet and monitor temperature)
- Logistics of Container and Break Bulk Movements (gate management, inventory/storage, reports, process invoices)
- Handling of “Barquitos” (small boats carrying fruits, vegetables produce from neighboring South America)
Additional Services include:
- Placement of Vessels on to Trailer or in to Water
- Handling Heavy and Critical Sea Cargo Lifts (Turbine Generators, Windmills)
